Name: Stitch
From: Lilo and Stitch
Appearance:
Age: That’s a really good question. He’s Stitch, he has the mentality of a child hyped up on sugar.
Gender: Experiment (Male)
Personality: Stitch is normally shown as a character that is unlikable to most people except Lilo and her family. Sometimes even Lilo gets into fights with him. An example of this is in the second movie, where Lilo shouts that Stitch is bad and always will be bad. This is because of his destructive and temperamental behavior, caused by his glitch. Besides being Jumba's best and strongest experiment, Stitch is fragile emotionally, and has a child-like personality. Stitch was originally programmed to be a destructive monster, created to destroy planets and cause chaos. The child-like personality is shown though this because, as Lilo believes, Stitch was destructive originally because he wasn't understood and didn't get a lot of sympathy from others (much like a young child), being strange and weird to the other creatures in the galaxy. Stitch develops much more as the movie/series goes on, but there are still times when he can't control what could be deemed his 'antisocial' tendencies (destroying things, acting rude, etc.). He's a good alien, but sometimes has a mischievous streak, like any other person would, and gets himself into trouble, although not as much as before he met Lilo.
Backstory: Also known as Experiment 626, Stitch was created to destroy all civilizations by Jumba the scientist. He was considered a combination of all the most dangerous creatures in the universe…plus a small bit of puppy DNA, giving him the appearance that he has of a cute and fluffy creature. Stitch and Jumba are arrested by the Galactic Police, and Stitch is sent to live in exile on a desert comet, but manages to escape. He ends up crash landing in Hawaii, and after being knocked out by three semi trucks, he is taken to an animal shelter and put up for adoption. This is where Lilo found him and adopted him as her pet dog, not realizing that he was really an alien. She just thought he was cute, maybe a little odd looking, but it was a typical Lilo thing to do. After learning that Stitch has a streak of bad behavior, Lilo attempts to train him using Elvis Presley as the idol that she wants Stitch to be like. It turns out to be a hard process. Stitch had originally planned to just use Lilo as a human shield against Jumba and his assistant who were looking for him, but soon began to warm up to the human girl. This connection grows to the point where Stitch saves her from Gantu, though he never would have considered it at the start. When the Galaxy Police come to arrest Stitch and take him away, the Grand Councilwoman is moved by his heroics and allows him to serve his exile on earth with Lilo as his guard because she adopted him from the Animal Shelter. After a suffering a glitch later, Stitch almost died, but is revived by a machine that Jumba builds, and as the movie hints, Lilo's love for her friend. This occurred because when he was originally created, he wasn't fully charged with energy before the police came in. The glitch caused him to go back to his original programming for a bit, but because of the love that his family had for him, he was revived and went back to being the good creature that he had originally been thanks to Lilo's teachings.
Moral Standing: Chaotic Naughty. The End.
Dreams: To have a family and be a good Stitch.
Fears: WATER. He can’t swim. And not having an ohana.
Extra: He would be a great friend for The Hulk. Seriously.
Character Location: He’s bringing the house from the end of the movie. The house in the background here:
